Do we have to use AI?+
No. A guided flow can handle a structured buying journey without AI. We can use agentic AI for open questions and recommendations, guided steps for selections and confirmation, or combine them.
Can the whole sale happen in WhatsApp?+
We can build through product selection, cart, checkout and order confirmation. The payment step depends on your market, payment provider and WhatsApp eligibility. We agree that route upfront, including any step that opens a secure external checkout.
Can we keep checkout on our website?+
Yes. WhatsApp can handle discovery, questions and recommendations, then take the customer directly to your product or checkout page. You choose where the conversation ends and the website takes over.
What does unlimited users mean?+
Your team dashboard supports unlimited staff users. Bring in sales and operations, and set roles around their work. Messaging, AI usage and connected services are scoped separately.
Do you also build websites, CRMs or voice agents?+
No. Arqensa's current focus is WhatsApp commerce and custom WhatsApp workflows, not standalone websites, CRMs or voice agents. We can connect your existing catalogue, ecommerce, payment, order or booking systems when the WhatsApp journey needs them, subject to available APIs.
Can customers find a product from a photo?+
Yes. We can match a reference photo against your connected catalogue, suggest relevant products and keep that choice in the conversation. Results depend on catalogue coverage and image quality; a similar alternative is not presented as an exact match.
Can WhatsApp help customers find a store?+
Yes. Use the customer's chosen area or shared location to suggest nearby branches, share directions and route an enquiry with the selected product attached. Confirming stock requires a store-inventory connection or a response from the branch team.
Can you build our own onboarding process?+
We build custom WhatsApp processes for worker applications, partner screening, document collection and operations handoff. The steps, validation and review permissions follow your business rules.
